Hello loves! DAILY AFFIRMATIONS: let’s talk!

I want to share some daily affirmations I use to center and ground myself at the beginning of my day and when I am feeling overwhelmed.

There are many reasons why affirmations are beneficial for your mental health, but it is different for everyone. For me, it is important that I remind myself of everything I know to be true first thing in the morning, before the eventual symptoms of depression creep in.

 

Benefits of Daily Affirmations

  2. Boosts Confidence – instead of waiting on someone else to give you a confidence boost, you do it yourself!
  3. Trains Subconscious Mind to Think Positively – you are what you think in your heart, so this is a way to focus those thoughts.
  4. Reduces Stress – when you affirm yourself, you feel more capable and in turn, less overwhelmed.
  5. Increases Resilience – when faced with challenges, you are better equipped overcome!

 

 


Many adults have to unlearn negative self talk and learn to love themselves properly. It is easier said than done, but affirmations are a great and simple first step.

When you use daily affirmations, you can remind yourself of what you know to be true in your heart, learn to believe new things about yourself, and turn your mind to the direction you want your life to go. So, here are some affirmations I’ve been using lately.
